Dr. Helen Cross

Our Team

Helen completed her medical training at the University of Cape Town, and her internship in Johannesburg, South Africa. After completing a Masters of Sciences in Neuroscience, she returned to Groote Schuur Hospital in Cape Town for her Neurology residency.

After moving to Canada, Helen completed a fellowship in Multiple Sclerosis and central nervous system inflammatory disorders at the University of British Columbia MS/NMO Clinic. She has a special interest in MOG-antibody disease has been actively involved in research in this area.

Helen currently has a General Neurology practice in North Vancouver and provides neurological service at Lion’s Gate Hospital.

Helen is also an outdoor enthusiast and mom to two young boys.
