Dr. Virginia Devonshire

Dr. Virginia Devonshire

Dr. Virginia Devonshire is an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of British Columbia (UBC). She subspecializes in Multiple Sclerosis and related disorders.

​

She is the Director of the UBC Multiple Sclerosis/NMO Clinic. She is involved in local and international research in MS and is the Director of the UBC MS Clinical Trails unit.

​

She was the President of the Canadian Network of MS Clinics (CNMSC) and has authored guidelines for treatment optimization in MS and Covid guidelines. She is also involved in training students, residents, and Fellows at VGH and UBC.

​

In addition to her interest in MS, Dr. Devonshire enjoys her general Neurology practice on the Northshore including headache, white-matter diseases, and movement disorders. She enjoys living on the Northshore which enables her ample hiking and skiing.
